Unraveling Fish‐Parasite Interactions Throughout Mexico Over an 85‐Year Period

چکیده

We curated a dataset containing 5999 records of 361 freshwater fish species (~70% known in the country) and 483 endo- ectoparasitic helminths registered throughout Mexico over an 85-year period (from 1936 to 2021). Taxonomically, highest numbers host corresponded family Cichlidae, parasites trematode Diplostomidae. hope this will encourage researchers worldwide explore different ecological coevolutionary aspects fishes their helminth parasites, as well provide useful information for better implementation conservation initiatives. Breast cancer mortality in Mexico: an age-period-cohort analysis.

OBJECTIVE To assess the age, period and cohort effects on breast cancer (BC) mortality in Mexico. MATERIAL AND METHODS Age, period and cohort curvature trends for BC mortality were estimated through the Poisson Regression model proposed by Holford. RESULTS Nationally, BC death rates have leveled off since 1995 in most age groups. BC mortality trends are mainly determined by birth cohort and...

Unraveling interlimb interactions underlying bimanual coordination.

Three sources of interlimb interactions have been postulated to underlie the stability characteristics of bimanual coordination but have never been evaluated in conjunction: integrated timing of feedforward control signals, phase entrainment by contralateral afference, and timing corrections based on the perceived error of relative phase. In this study, the relative contributions of these inter...

Period Determinant of an Irregular Connection over an Elliptic Curve

In this article, we calculate the period of an irregular singular connection ∇ = d+dy on the legendre curve U : y = x(x−1)(x−λ). We calculate its de Rham cohomology and the cycles in the homology of the dual connection and describe the period matrix. Terasoma’s work is introduced to approximate the direct image connection π∗(∇) by a sequence of regular connections as an intermediate step where ...

Computed tomographic estimation of lung dimensions throughout the growth period.

The aim of the current study was to use computed tomography (CT) to estimate airway wall and lumen, and arterial and parenchyma dimensions in children throughout the growth period, and to provide normative data to study alterations caused by pulmonary disease. Clinical CT scans reported as normal that were performed in children for nonpulmonary and noncardiac reasons were analysed for lung weig...
